Refund policy

Shipping Damages: If any product arrives damaged, please contact hello@clarkandjune.com with a picture of the damaged product within 72 hours of receiving for a replacement. 

10 Day Return Policy: We want you to be happy with your new candles. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact hello@clarkandjune.com to receive an authorization number. Personalized items are non-returnable. 

E-Gift Cards - E-Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or redeemable for cash.
